In this beautiful Season of reflection, we have a unique Day Retreat offering to ground you into the Winter elements and align your Chakra Energy. The Seven Chakra energy fields rest within each of us and allow connecting to the Soul or Self. When out of alignment, we can feel off in certain aspects of our body, which can lead to feeling off in areas of our life.

This Day Retreat is designed to bring eight people together who want to walk away with more connection to Self and a Being supported by a loving, compassionate group. As facilitators of this experience, we will offer time around quiet reflection and be playful and light through creative expression, movement, and community.

The Align From Within Offering Schedule  11 pm Arrival ~ Settle into the warm, cozy space of Natures Hamsa Healing House

• Root Chakra ~ Grounding Meditation & Visualization with Mandy McGarvey and Kerry Hope
• Sacral Chakra ~ Creative Art Exploration with Kristen Billmyer
• Solar Plexus ~ Power Embodiment and Mudra Creation with Kerry Hope

1 pm BREAK ~ Snacks provided free space to commune or be in reflection

• Heart Chakra ~ Cacao Ceremony with Mandy, Kristen, and Kerry will bring us all together in a circle to allow our senses to explore the magic of the cacao bean that is crafted into a warm, delectable beverage. As we share in this ancient tradition, honoring the Mayan cultures that created a way to explore the heart-opening experience. We will be mindful and reflective and allow movement to infuse and open our Heart Chakra energy.

3 pm BREAK ~ Grounding snacks and refreshing teas provided

• Third Eye Chakra ~ Restorative Yoga postures and Visualization with Mandy McGarvey and Kerry Hope
• Crown Chakra ~ Breathwork and Sound Bath Healing with Mandy McGarvey

Final Circle Share ~ Kristen will lead a closing circle to allow each person to share (or not!) any thoughts about their experiences throughout the day. This process allows each person to feel a completion of all the powerful Chakra Alignment rituals.
