About the Event
In this four week series you will learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Deep Stretch Yoga in an interactive classroom style setting. We will break down what yoga is and isn't, we'll study the structure of the postures and how to best modify them for our unique body, we'll learn beginner meditation strategies and what it means to be a part of a wellness community.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will supply all other props. Please bring a notebook and pen.
Class dates are Saturday February 29th, March 7th, March 14th, and March 21st
Class times are from 9:00 am to 10:30 am
