About the Event
This Valentine's weekend, join Kerry Hope and Mandy McGarvey as they guide you on a Self-Love journey. Drinking Cacao in Ceremony is an ancient Mayan practice used to open the Heart Space. Abhyanga is a self-oiling massage technique used in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Combined, with a Heart centered guided meditation, this will be a journey into how you can bring in more Self-Love. Please bring a large towel and wear loose clothing (perhaps even shorts and tank top under your street clothes). You will be making your own Abhyanga oil and we will practice some of this Self-Love massage together.
