About the Event
Join Lynne Robinson for an afternoon of tuning in and creativity. We will take a journey through the 7 energy centers of the body by practicing yoga poses, meditation, aromatherapy, and mudras that balance each chakra.
We will create a colorful chakra bracelet to wear as a reminder of the need for daily balance and clarity! We will use glass and lava beads, charms and your creativity to craft a bracelet representing our body's 7 main energy centers.
Beginner friendly, no prior yoga experience necessary!
Water and Wassail (hot mulled cider) will be provided. Feel free to bring a beverage of your choice to be enjoyed as we craft.
