Ever wondered how people first meet their spirit guides? Or how they interact with their guides? In this interactive workshop, we will explore meeting and establishing a connection with our guides. We'll discuss how to prepare to meet our guides, how to recognize your spirit guide and how to establish a growing relationship and channel of communication with your guide. 

Throughout the process, we will use journaling exercises and guided meditations to open our awareness to our spirit guides and establish communication with them.

Please bring a comfortable pillow or blanket to sit on and a journal and pen.
