About the Event
Dark Moon Chill is a retreat into your senses and an expansion into your wholeness.
Working with the energy of the New Moon in Pisces, we will descend into the depths of our physical body first, relaxing into supportive, restorative postures.
From there, we will tap into the subtle energy of the body through sound and guided visualization. There will be self-inquiry prompted by journaling and connection time through group discussion and sacred, ceremonial tea.
This day will include a restorative yoga practice, guided visualization meditation journey, sound bath, journaling, healthy snacks, sacred tea ceremony, and closing sharing circle.
This mini, day retreat experience will be led by Mandy McGarvey & Abby Parker.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat (if you don't own one, we can supply one for you), journal and pen.
*Minimum of 5 students required to run this retreat experience. Due to the travel requirements of our guest teacher, registration will close by 5pm Friday February 21st.
