This spring workshop will introduce Ayurveda and teach you how to find balance this season with your self care routine, how you nourish yourself, and through cleansing actions. You'll take home tools used in this ancient healing practice so that you can get started or continue your spring renewal journey. 

After a gentle movement practice you'll learn how to detox your home with green cleaning. This environmentally friendly way to clean your home uses non-toxic ingredients so that your home can be a comfortable and relaxing place to be. You'll learn green cleaning basics, mix cleaning supplies, learn recipes to make cleaning supplies at home, and create your own cleaning set.

Each participant will take home everything they need to get started or advance your green cleaning path, including resources, tools, glass containers, and spray bottles to store your new products and continue making your own at home.

Cost includes instruction, materials and resources, Ayurvedic tools, and your own reusable cleaning set to take home.
