This 3 month Healing Journey will begin in August and end in November (We will not meet in the month of October). Discover more about healing using Herbal Teas and Essential oils, Crystals, and Syncing with the Cycles/Energies of the Moon. We will use Ayurveda as a tool for discovering ways to incorporate Herbal Teas and Crystals to help heal our imbalances. 

We will meet every 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm. (These sessions can be recorded so you can still access the information if you need to miss a session). As a small intimate group we will dive deeper into all these Healing Practices. I will share my knowledge with the group in a fun, interactive, and open manner. This will be a time to learn and share experiences with others who are also on their own healing journey. Being in community helps keep us accountable and realize we all have challenges and we all need support.

Each week we will discuss and have hands-on practice about a new healing subject. The first month we will delve into Ayurvedic uses for Herbal Teas and Essential Oils. Month two we will discover ways to use Crystals to bring balance and access vibrational energy we wish to connect with. The last month will be about The Moon and what energy each phase has to offer us. With this awareness, we can take a more active roll with the ebb and flow in our own lives.

* Free access to 3 of the Monthly Moon Circles held the last Wednesday of each month from 5:30-6:30 pm.

* 1 one-on-one Reiki and Crystal Energy Session.

* Access to a private Facebook Group. In this private group I will share additional weekly content related to the topics discussed in the sessions; such as informational videos and written content, links, and recommendations for other resourses I find useful.

* Also, if schedules allow, we may have pop-up activities such as taking a hike in nature together, or making something yummy in the kitchen together, etc..
