Vibeology Dance Yoga Experience is a magical blend of yoga postures and dance. You can expect grounding meditative movement along with both guided and ecstatic dance. This class is an entire experience and includes breathwork and meditation as well. I offer three versions of this class—High Vibe with choreography, more focused on the dance aspect. Chill—a relaxing stretch with flowing movement, more focused on the yoga moves. Remix—a combination of the two classes, 50/50 dance and yoga.
