About the Event
Ayurveda is a life science that teaches us how to live seasonally to bring balance and harmony to our bodies, minds, and spirit!
Summer is the season of the Fire Element. We all have an inner PItta. When the element of Fire goes into excess it can bring imbalances such as loose stools, inflammation, irritability, anger, and skin rashes to name a few.
In this workshop we will learn what Ayurveda is, have some hands on experiences with daily practice tools, essential oils, teas, and foods that help cool down the Fire. We will also learn some Pitta pacifying yoga.
This will be a fun and experiential workshop. Bring your yoga mat and your curiosity!
