This workshop is happening just days before the Summer Solstice.  Join Mandy to honor the Abundance of Summer! This is a time to harness the Sun's gifts and to recognize how Abundant YOU & Mother Earth are.

You will enjoy an Abundance inspired Cacao drink to open your heart to all Summer has to offer. After Cacao, feel the strong Warrior Goddess within you as you are guided on a beginner friendly movement/yoga journey meant to connect your heart and body with Abundance & Gratitude.

Together we will sit in Circle and create your own ModMala necklace celebrating this Abundance. The Mala is a meditation tool and this one can be used to bring more focus on creating the abundance you desire. A signature seasonal Ayurvedic essential oil blend will be offered to infuse your mala. You will be gifted with a dram of this Abundance oil to take home with you.

Lite seasonal snacks will be provided.
