Join Cassandra for a foundational yoga class combining intentional yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation. This beginner friendly class is open to all and will help us connect deeper with ourselves and our breath. Class will begin with a gentle warm up followed by a series of purposefully chosen body postures or poses. Breathing will be highlighted throughout class to improve movement, stay present, and relieve tension. Class will end with meditation to enhance self awareness, reduce stress, and balance the body, mind, and spirit. Hatha Yoga will take place each Tuesday morning 8 AM Within the Wix app or our website there are donation options. In the Wix app, go under the "Pricing" tab to find. On website, under the "Class Donation" tab you can choose for donations. You can also donate in person, via Venmo to @Amanda-McGarvey-2, or Paypal @hamsahouse (firstname.lastname@example.org). Just put class date in description.
