Join Cassandra for a Fall and Halloween inspired yoga class followed by a pumpkin felting workshop where you will make your very own unique pumpkin to take home. 

Yoga will be fun and friendly to all levels with beginner's welcome. 

All pumpkins will be made from hand dyed wool roving and all supplies will be provided. 

Bring a yoga mat, water, and your playful side!
