This April join us at Nature’s Hamsa for a refreshing sound bath and meditation experience that will allow for relaxation and rejuvenation. You will be bathed in sound from various sources including crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, rain makers, gongs, rattles, human voice, and more. This creation of immersive sound can help you relieve stress, tension, anxiety, and worries. In addition there will be guided meditation, crystals, soothing essential oils, and gentle hands on assist to further provide relaxation. An option to forgo touch will be presented prior to start of class.

This incredible spring sound bath experience will be 1 hour and 30 minutes and will be offered on April 5th at 5:30 PM!

Wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat. There will be gentle movement and breath. Supportive props will be provided.
