Drawing from wisdom of yoga and natural observations of earth traditions, this innovative workshop helps to align yogic wisdom with the seasonal flow of nature. 

Observation of the cycles and phases in nature can help us make sense of the seasons of our lives and approach them with mindfulness and intention. 

This workshop is about attuning to the flow of nature, yogic philosophy and the rhythms of life.

Your very own We’Moon 2022 planner will be supplied by Nature’s Hamsa, the workshop will be led by Nikki Boggs.
